i would give you a 'B' rating . minimal damage to furniture and the overs really worked and were polite and on time. the negative problem came from my missing a cooler filled with perishables of calamondin marmalade, nuts from a special Georgia farm etc. Calamondin is a citrus fruit native to China and the Phillippines and it is hard to find. Re furniture damage the only damage i found was a stretcher on a flat top desk that had broken off and put into a desk drawer. i would recommend your company but would also tell them about the problems I encountered.
